One of the sessions of the upcoming Russia-ASEAN University Forum will be devoted to University economics and management (supported by the Association of University Endowments).
Under the world economy turbulence and uncertainty, universities have to revise their funding and management models in order to increase their efficiency, to generate greater added value and to rationalise expenditure.
The session will cover such important questions of universities’ life as efficient university management, fundraising strategies and diversifing funding streams, endowments, capital asset management, alumni network, cooperation of business and universities.
Among the speakers are the leading Russian and ASEAN universities’ rectors, vice-rectors, directors of endowments (MGIMO-University, Far Eastern Federal University, North-Eastern Federal University, European University at St. Petersburg, Thammasat University (Thailand), Surya University (Indonesia), University Utara (Malaysia) and our partners from business-community (first vice-president of Gazprombank).
